1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ARESTO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. License Grant
ARESTO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA.
3. Permitted Use
You may use ARESTO to:
- Manage customer relationships and contacts
- Track sales pipeline and deals
- Create and send invoices, quotes, and contracts
- Manage jobs, installations, and field operations
- Integrate with third-party services (QuickBooks, Gmail) for business purposes
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer access to the Service to any third party
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
5. QuickBooks Integration
ARESTO integrates with Intuit QuickBooks Online via the QuickBooks API. By connecting your QuickBooks account, you authorize ARESTO to access your QuickBooks accounting data solely to provide the integration features described in the Service. ARESTO does not store your QuickBooks financial data beyond what is necessary to operate the integration. Your use of QuickBooks is also subject to Intuit's terms of service.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you input into ARESTO. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure and is accessible only to you and users you explicitly authorize.
7. Service Availability
ARESTO is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARESTO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may request a full export of your data within 30 days of termination.
10. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
